This is my favorite restaurant! I come here at least once a month. Most of the dishes I’ve tried have been really good, and the fried rice is definitely my favorite. I think I’ve tried every fried rice option on the menu! The food is consistently tasty, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

It’s been a while since I’ve had a proper dim sum experience with classic dim sum carts. And the T&T Seafood Restaurant in Edmonds definitely delivered! 10 out of 10 I recommend the shumai and the har gaw <—- 2 items that’s a staple but I haven’t ordered in a few years since I came back in the Seattle area because they are my favorite and I haven’t had one that I have liked, even the places my family would normally go to. So that’s really saying a lot. Go get sum!

Arrived soon after they opened (10 am) and they already had several steamed and baked carts with lots of tasty dishes. Staff brought us tea right away and were attentive. Love how their dim sum is lightly seasoned so as not to overpower the natural flavor of the ingredients. Their chili oil is the cleanest I’ve had at a restaurant with good umami. Although the honey walnut prawns had too much sauce, they were very crunchy.

Our second visit. Still as good as the first visit. We arrived at noon for dim sum. Hot pot of green tea arrived, just after we sat down. The steam cart arrived next. A selection of steaming dishes. Followed a few minutes later by another cart with more selections. I can't pronounce what they are, but they taste great, flavoral and steaming hot. Yummy

If you’re craving a vibrant, bustling, and authentic dim sum experience, T&T Seafood Restaurant delivers—though not without the chaos that often accompanies the world of carts and steamer baskets. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS AND SERVED HOT!!! Upon entering, you're immediately thrust into the organized chaos that is dim sum heaven. The waitstaff, wheeling carts piled high with bamboo baskets, weave their way through the crowded dining room. It feels like you’re in the middle of a dance of flavors and tradition, as servers roll up to your table with steaming hot dishes and eager smiles. The experience is a bit frantic, but it adds to the charm and energy of the meal. You may find yourself caught between deciding on which dumplings to order and listening intently for the call of “har gow!” or “siu mai!” as the carts roll past. The menu at T&T is packed with all the classic dim sum offerings you'd expect—steamed buns, dumplings, spring rolls, and more. Nothing too groundbreaking, but everything is executed with the perfect balance of seasoning and texture. The fried shrimp toast is crispy without being greasy, and the char siu bao is fluffy with just the right amount of savory-sweet pork filling. There’s also a comforting bowl of congee, perfect for when you need a warming bite in between all the other dishes. But if you're going to make one must-order choice, it has to be the black sesame-filled balls. These warm, golden orbs of fried dough, with their sweet and nutty black sesame filling, are an absolute revelation. Every bite is an explosion of flavor and texture, with the outside crispy and the inside smooth and velvety. It’s an unforgettable dessert that’ll make you return again and again. As for the vibe, it's a bit of organized chaos, but that's part of the fun. The loud chatter, the constant wheeling of carts, and the sense of communal dining add to the lively, almost theatrical atmosphere. Just be prepared for the fast pace—the carts come quickly, and you’ll want to make decisions fast or risk missing out on your favorite dish. In short, T&T Seafood Restaurant is the kind of place where you come for the food, stay for the experience. The dim sum is traditional, the atmosphere is electric, and those black sesame balls? They’re a must-try that will have you coming back for more. Shamefully I did not get any photos in our haste to stuff our faces!!

Good Cantonese food, but some dishes have issues. Clams tasted fresh but the black bean sauce did not taste right. The intestine cooked well but a bit salty. Fujian Fried rice - fried rice was good but the seafood sauce is so so. Seafood flat noodles and Pork chop with Beijing sauce were good but not great. Given it is the only Cantonese seafood restaurant in the area, I will definitely come back. However, it is not at the same level as Richmond Cantonese food. Compare to Seattle Chinatown, it is also average.
